Former Providence Mayor Joseph Paolino, Jr., and developers Peter de Savary and Paul Roiff enlisted NCA to create a concept sketch for a proposed $40 million casino and entertainment center in Newport, Rhode Island. The proposal would transform Newport Grand into a boutique establishment that includes a high-end restaurant, day spa and entertainment center.
