Parker Construction is using Shrink Wrap on the Audrain Building to create a weather proof, climate controlled, and safe environment that allows the trades to work without interruption and complete the project on time. NCA is currently restoring the exterior of Audrain Building and renovating the interior spaces to include new offices and an auto museum.  Sited near the historic Casino and King Block on Bellevue Avenue, the Audrain Building was originally designed by noted Architect Bruce Price in 1902.  The noted commercial block is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features a highly evolved program of  glazed terra-cotta ornament with Renaissance motifs and arched windows. NCA is restoring the building’s exterior based on historic photographs.  The design includes recreating the original balustrade and series of lion statuettes on the roof. A new arched window, door, and smaller windows will enhance the facade on the south side of the building.
