NCA’s design team created three multi-family pavilions, each with six senior housing units connected by a covered porch. Each 540-square foot apartment is a corner unit, providing access to natural light via windows. A central green provides the opportunity for socialization, while a small area for tenant gardening provides private outdoor space. A large community room with a dance area, fireplace, laundry room, kitchen, small country store, and office space is another center for socializing.
