THE RESIDENCES AT BROWN AND HOWARD WHARF – Newport, RI

NCA designed the interior renovations for three existing harbor-front multi-family buildings at Brown & Howard Wharf. The concept was to offer residential units for sale after the core and shell were complete but prior to build out. The traditional style imbues classic New England design elements and the transitional style draws inspiration from the sea and Newport’s venerable yachting heritage.
