NCA transformed a 19th century school building situated in the heart of Newport’s historic Point District into a luxury multi-family development. Adhering to the Federal and State Historic Tax Credit guidelines, the design team maintained the building’s historic character and adapted the three-story structure to accommodate several, one, two, and three-bedroom units with modern amenities.
