NCA designed the 71-unit Shingle Style timeshare boutique hotel located along Newport’s historic waterfront. NCA also created a private courtyard by placing a single-story linear building by the sidewalk. The courtyard houses an indoor/outdoor pool with adjoining deck and hot tubs, gazebo, and tournament contoured croquet court. The project received an AIA/RI Design Awardand an AIA/RI People’s Choice Award.
