NCA designed the 3,500 square feet loft. To define the spaces in the residential project, a diagonal line was drawn along the back third of the loft to divide general living areas. Private spaces were defined on the south side of the line. The remaining two-thirds of the space are an open plan. The demarcation line evolved into a wall to house appliances on the kitchen side, closets on the back side and storage above. Built-in seating, bookcases, and hidden panels in the media provide storage. The guest bedroom and a Murphy bed are located behind the kitchen.
