NCA designed the hotel that was comprised of three attached buildings set in National Register of Historic Places neighborhood. NCA’s plan included 80 guestrooms, 150-seat restaurant, 2000 square foot ballroom and conference rooms. The project received Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission Award, Rhode Island Monthly Design Award, Preserve RI Award and Yankee Magazine Editor’s Choice Award.
