NCA produced an existing conditions assessment for the 1887 Tudor Revival and restored the slate roof and other original details. The restoration project included replacing flashing, deteriorated substructure, trim, cornices, spires and skylights. All architectural elements were restored or replicated. The project earned AIA-RI’s Honor Award for Preservation and Rhode Island Historic Preservation and Historic Commission’s Preservation Award.
