Constructed in 1867, Ashton Mill was transformed into lofts with river and parkland views. Forest City retained NCA for the adaptive re-use multi-family project that features 193 one-and two-bedroom apartments. Other amenities include an outdoor pavilion, community room, fitness center, billiards room, catering kitchen and business center. The restoration project earned the Rhode Island Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission Award.
