EBCAP’s new health center is open!
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the grand opening of the new East Bay Family Health Care center in Newport on Monday, January 28, 2013. From left: Congressman David Cicilline, Mayor of Newport, Harry Winthrop, EBCAP CEO, Dennis Roy, U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services Regional Director Christie Hager, State Senate President M.
