The Blue Dory is a quaint inn adjacent to Block Island’s Old Harbor. NCA designed the rehabilitation of this turn-of-the-century structure, returning the architectural detail to the Victorian style. The commercial property consists of an 11 room bed and breakfast, with three smaller cottages renovated as additional guest quarters.
