RHODE ISLAND SCHOOL OF DESIGN – Fletcher Building – Providence, RI

NCA restored the historic Fletcher Building. The conversion of office space to 25 900 sq. ft RISD graduate students’ work spaces fits within the Downcity Plan to help energize Providence. The restoration of the 1870 structure included removal of all non-original partitions and finishes. The project obtained tax credits and received a Preservation Award from the Rhode Island Historic Preservation Commission.
