NCA transformed the historic DeWolf’s Wharf into a boutique-hotel, restaurants, retail shops, apartments, dock accommodations, and pedestrian paths. Bristol Harbor Inn features 40 guestrooms, spa, and conference rooms. The waterfront revitalization project received the Bristol Historic Commission Award, RI Historical Preservation & Heritage Commission Preservation Award, AIA/RI Merit Award, and Phoenix Award for responsible action at a Brownfield site.
