NCA transformed a 3,000 square-foot stucco residential structure into a 3,700 square foot Shingle Style home that included a new master suite, guest rooms with private bathrooms, look-out tower, kitchen, two-bay garage and second-floor laundry room. The design/build team also upgraded the home’s architectural integrity by installing multi-paned windows, French doors, balconies, moulding, millwork, custom mantel, hardwood flooring, and ambient lighting.
